A strong client experience should feel calm, consistent, and well-coordinated, especially when financial decisions are complex. At The Fiduciary Group, that steadiness is supported not only by advisors, but by the systems and safeguards behind the scenes.
As Chief Compliance Officer and Finance Director, Shanon Caddick helps ensure the firm operates with disciplined oversight, clear accountability, and strong operational controls that protect clients and strengthen trust.
Shanon began her career more than 25 years ago in public accounting, building a foundation in audit, controls, and process. Over time, her work evolved from reviewing past performance to improving how organizations operate moving forward, including strengthening systems that support better decision-making.
Her experience in process improvements, such as identifying bottlenecks, simplifying workflows, and building repeatable procedures directly influences her work at TFG.
Shanon’s dual responsibilities support one purpose: protecting clients while enabling consistent, high-quality experience.
As Finance Director, she strengthens the firm’s infrastructure and internal accountability that enables TFG’s teams to serve clients with confidence and continuity. And as Chief Compliance Officer, she ensures practices and controls align with the fiduciary standard by monitoring risk, reinforcing documentation, and proactively preventing issues.
In a fiduciary firm, outcomes depend on coordination. Her work supports that coordination every day.
Shanon views fiduciary work simply: do the right thing and do it consistently. Strong safeguards protect clients, even when they never see the work.
An important factor for a complex client base is service is not a one-size-fits-all scenario. Each family’s goals, responsibilities, and complexity are different. Her role supports firmwide standards with individualized service - structure without rigidity. The goal is to maintain client experience that feels both professional and personal.
In today’s environment, operational excellence includes more than internal policy. It also requires staying alert to changing expectations around privacy, cybersecurity, and fraud prevention.
Shanon keeps a close watch on trends and alerts coming from custodians, partners, and internal systems. The goal is preparedness without alarm: clients should feel confident that if a question arises, the firm has the process and capability to respond clearly and promptly.
Though her role is behind the scenes, Shanon’s influence is felt across the firm. She helps teams make clearer decisions, anticipate risks, and operate with confidence.
At The Fiduciary Group, fiduciary care extends beyond planning and investment decisions. It’s built into how the firm operates, documents, oversees, safeguards, and improves. Shanon’s blend of audit-level discipline, operational thinking, and client-first focus helps make that possible every day.
