Kyle Powers’ career began in the U.S. Navy, where he learned that leadership and accountability aren’t just professional skills—they’re personal commitments. After eight years on active duty and continued service as a Captain in the Navy Reserve, those same principles guide his work at The Fiduciary Group.

When Kyle transitioned into financial services, he saw a connection between military service and financial stewardship: both are people-focused, purpose-driven, and built on trust. Today, he applies that philosophy to helping employers and employees strengthen their retirement readiness.

Guiding Retirement Plans with Purpose

As Director of 401(k) Advisory Services, Kyle leads TFG’s efforts to design and manage corporate retirement plans that serve both the organization and its people. His team works closely with business owners and plan sponsors to develop clear, compliant strategies—then extends that partnership to employees through education and individualized support.

For Kyle, success means simplifying complexity: providing plan participants with access to strong investment options and easy-to-understand tools that encourage confident decision-making.

“When employees feel empowered to take control of their financial futures, everyone benefits—from the individual to the organization.”

A Fiduciary Foundation

As Director of 401(k) Advisory Services, Kyle’s work centers on collaboration—helping business owners design and maintain retirement plans that align with their goals and the needs of their employees. He partners closely with plan sponsors to simplify complex decisions and strengthen participant outcomes.

Kyle’s work reflects TFG’s commitment to objective, transparent financial guidance and long-term client relationships. His approach emphasizes clarity, education, and consistent communication—hallmarks of the firm’s client service philosophy.

Leadership Grounded in Service

Whether guiding a retirement plan committee or commanding a Navy Reserve unit, Kyle’s leadership philosophy is the same: meet people where they are, provide clear direction, and follow through. “Consistency builds trust,” he says—a belief that defines both his military and professional life.

Looking Ahead

For Kyle, the most meaningful part of his work comes from seeing long-term plans come to life.

“When our work helps take stress off the client, it’s incredibly rewarding,” he says. “Goals can seem distant at first, but over time, through consistent effort and planning, they become reality.”

That perspective—steady, disciplined, and client-focused—continues to shape TFG’s 401(k) Advisory Services today. Through education, collaboration, and a deep sense of responsibility, Kyle and his team help employers and employees build stronger financial futures, one decision at a time.
