Client Service Associates, The Fiduciary Group
We’re delighted to welcome Katie Murphy and Shay Fitzgerald to The Fiduciary Group as Client Service Associates. Both bring diverse professional experience and a strong commitment to client service as they train under our experienced CSAs to provide the thoughtful, detail-oriented support our clients have come to expect.
Katie joins The Fiduciary Group from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she built a strong foundation in finance and operations. Most recently, she worked as an Analyst in Operations at BNY Mellon, supporting institutional clients. She also gained experience through internships in Capital Markets Foreign Exchange at PNC and Investment Management at Federated Hermes, in addition to earlier roles in accounting support at ServiceLink.
Katie is a graduate of Saint Vincent College, where she earned a degree in Finance & Business Economics and was actively involved in the Finance & Accounting Club, Women in Business Club, and Equestrian Club. Her combination of technical skills, client focus, and passion for financial services make her a strong addition to the team.
Shay brings a unique background in healthcare to her new role. Before joining TFG, she spent more than four years at Encompass Health in Savannah, serving as a Senior Speech Language Pathologist and clinician. In this capacity, she worked closely with patients and families, developing a deep commitment to service, communication, and trust—all qualities that translate seamlessly into her work with clients at The Fiduciary Group.
Shay earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Florida State University and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida. Originally from Delray Beach, Florida, she brings both analytical skills and a compassionate perspective to client service.
Katie and Shay will be training alongside our CSA Team, many of whom have been with the firm for decades, to learn the deeper operational processes that ensure continuity and long-term service excellence. We’re excited to welcome Katie and Shay to the TFG family and look forward to the contributions they’ll make for our clients and colleagues alike.
